I went from 186 to 175 in less than a week! So far, I've lost 11 pounds. Woohoo! My target weight is 128 lbs. A dry mouth that lasts throughout the day, regardless of whether I chew gum or drink water, is one of the few negative effects I've experienced so far. When I'm suffering from insomnia, all I need is four hours of sleep, and I'm good to go. I became anxious, but that hasn't been the case lately. My hands and feet started tingling today, but it wasn't too awful. Also, I've been suffering from a headache for the last two days, which I don't think is related to tenuate. In general, I'm simply looking forward to the end results! Worth it!

Only two days with this drug, but thus far, I'm impressed with the results! I simply need to drop 25 pounds, but I was stuck and desperate for medical assistance. I took my first dose yesterday and felt ecstatic! I had a few heat flashes, but they lasted an hour, barely. For both breakfast and lunch, I ate nothing but a smoothie. The half-cup of broccoli and six ounces of venison that I ate for supper left me feeling full. A few words about adverse reactions. I had a dry mouth and a bit of dizziness. I go to bed early and sleep 7-8 hours as usual! No insomnia at all.

I took the first pill not in the morning, as per the rules, but at 5 p.m. The condition after a couple of hours was very interesting.
