So, on March 26th, 22, I began taking Saxenda. Until now, I've dropped 30 pounds, but I'm no longer shedding weight. For the last three weeks, I've been unable to lose weight. To my disappointment, I've had to increase my dosage from 1.8 to 2.2. That's the lowest level that works for me now. I'm still not hungry. My diet is low in carbohydrates and heavy in protein. However, when I do the same thing every day, the scale doesn't shift. I want to increase the dose to 3.0mg in the near future. It would be nice if the scale started moving again.

I haven't had any negative side effects, and I was able to increase my dosage to 3 milligrams very quickly since it suppresses my appetite and makes me eat less. I started taking Saxenda 1,5 months ago. Mild constipation, but no vomiting or diarrhea. There will be no aches or pains. I'm not hungry, yet I have to eat anyhow. In order to be healthy, I make sure to eat frequently. In the morning, I had eggs, a piece of bread, and a water bottle. Every day at work, I drink approximately ten 8-ounce glasses of water and walk about ten flights of stairs, and for lunch, I eat rice and chicken. I have a tiny snack, but only because that's what I'm used to. I'll see if increasing the dose tomorrow makes a difference. I've only dropped 2 pounds so far. I started off at 228.8, and now I'm at 226.8.. It's going well so far.

Begun Saxenda after a thorough authentication procedure. Dizziness, vertigo, and moderate nausea set in immediately. When I eventually reached the 3.0 dose, I began experiencing more negative effects. Since then, I've shed 15 pounds. It seems to be effective in curbing appetite. However, the negative consequences were too much for me to bear. So I stopped taking it. I'm hoping that losing weight will motivate me to maintain my healthy lifestyle and continue to lose weight.
