My starting point with Saxena was on April 5, 2022. I've lost a total of 18 pounds.
Tolerance to the medicine set in after about two weeks. After several days of not taking medication, the weight began to come off again. I walk and run on my treadmill three times a week and use resistance bands to keep myself in shape. I'm in a wonderful mood.

I am 5'10" and weighed 229 pounds at my heaviest. Like many others, I was prescribed a drug that caused me to gain more than 45 pounds. A week after starting Saxenda, I'm amazed at how rapidly the pounds melt away. After eight days, I had lost 8 pounds. My stomach felt achy for the first several days, but it soon subsided. 1.2mg is the first dose since I finished the.06mg regimen. Until I reach 3mg, I plan to increase my dose every seven days. I've been on saxenda for three weeks now, and I'm about to begin my fourth, currently on the 1.8 dosings. I weighed 196 pounds at my heaviest, and today I weigh 184 pounds. In 3 weeks, I lost 12 pounds, which is not bad. I go to the gym 2 times a week. Also, I keep moving throughout the day at work. Since the 13th of October 2021, I have been using Saxenda, and as a result, I have shed 20 pounds. I began with a low dosage and increased it very slowly at first, which helped minimize any adverse effects. When I consume something I should not be consuming, I feel sick. Since starting Saxenda one month ago, I've dropped 10 pounds. Apart from the occasional day of redness around my injection site, I've seen no adverse effects. There was no feeling of sickness or throwing up at all. In the past, I've had occasional constipation when I hadn't consumed enough water. There is NO FAST FOOD in my diet anymore. Even the thought of junk food makes me sick.

My saxenda story began On March 27, 2021. Nausea followed for the first three or four weeks. During that time, I thought about whether or not the pain was worth it. I’ve been thinking about stopping the treatment. But I forced myself to continue. By June 2022, I have shed 22 pounds.
